Today you can dance Lindy Hop all over the world at social dances and in performances. Our lindy hop classes are are high energy with a focus on fun, rhythm and connection! Balboa is a swing dance that emerged in the crowded ballrooms of Southern California during the early 1930's. This dance typically has a close connection and upright posture (although the dance often opens up with turns and other movements). Great way to exercise, meet new people, improve your co-ordination, rhythm and have loads of fun! Beginner Lindy Hop 7:00pm | Suitable for beginners, we'll take you right from the basics, no experience necessary. Open Balboa 8:30pm | Suitable for all levels. Perfect for those wanting to try a new style, learn new moves or brush up on their Balboa technique.
